Older gutters such as these ones on a home in Burnaby were attached to the facia board by large nails. Over time they work their way out of the wood and such as shown here they come right away from the house. Not only did we reattach this stretch of gutter but we used new aluminum hangers with stainless steel hardware from our supplier KR Gutter Systems. An important step that is surprisingly often over looked is we made sure the slope of the gutter is elevated away from the drain so water will flow correctly.
