There are many claims that without regular maintenance to your property, particularly with your roof and gutter system damage will eventually occur. Especially in Vancouver and The Lower Mainland where as we all know there is a fair bit of rain which takes it`s toll on our homes. Here is an example of where the downpipe hasn`t been flushed out for a number of years so debris has backed it up. It has been leaking water from the seams due to the poor flow which looks ugly and over time wears the stucco away too. Constant always flushes the downpipes with every gutter clean to ensure they`re in tip top shape.
